Cocktails 101: The Golden Age | 2018
Thanks in large part to Prohibition, the craft cocktail movement was created. In the age of bathtub gin, rebel imbibers used tubs to create hooch under the radar and the back-alley bartenders turned to common ingredients — egg whites, herbs, honey and more – to take the bite out of the bathtub gin gone awry.

This course invites you to step out of your modern-day comfort zone, to learn not only how to craft the drinks of nearly a century ago - but the history behind them as well.
Every month through December 2018, Room 33 will host this 1-2 hour long class – offering guests an opportunity to learn how to craft two signature drinks, while also enjoying small plates paired with each.
Cost is $25 and includes the opportunity to craft (and imbibe) your spirit as well as includes a tapas dish paired with both.
Space is limited to 30 guests.
Reservations can be made by calling 636-5062 or emailing rebecca@room33.bar - first come, first serve.
